Refund Policy for Coaching Services

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching services, online coaching sessions, coaching packages, and digital services provided by Mark Kristić Life Coaching. By booking a coaching session or purchasing a coaching package through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Coaching Services

Life coaching is a professional service that provides guidance, support, and structured conversations designed to help clients gain clarity, develop new perspectives, and take meaningful action toward their goals.

Unlike physical products, coaching sessions involve reserving dedicated time and preparation specifically for each client. As a result, different refund and cancellation conditions apply.

Payment Terms

All coaching sessions and coaching packages must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Submitting payment confirms your booking and your acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with any applicable Terms and Conditions available on this website.

Digital Service Acknowledgement

Coaching provided through video calls or other online methods is considered a digital, time-based service.

By purchasing and scheduling a coaching session, you acknowledge that preparation and scheduling begin before the appointment itself. Once a coaching service has commenced or the scheduled delivery process has started, applicable withdrawal rights for digital or time-based services may no longer apply to the extent permitted by law.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Whenever possible, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests and find a mutually convenient alternative appointment.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, the appointment will be considered completed.

Because the reserved time cannot typically be offered to another client at short notice, missed sessions and no-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of coaching services:

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for changes of mind after purchase.
Coaching packages become non-refundable once the first scheduled session has taken place.
Unused portions of coaching packages are generally not eligible for partial refunds unless required by applicable law.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Mark Kristić Life Coaching.

Cancellation by Mark Kristić Life Coaching

In the unlikely event that a coaching session must be cancelled or postponed by Mark Kristić Life Coaching, clients will be offered one of the following options:

Reschedule the affected session at a mutually convenient time, or
Receive a full refund for the cancelled session if rescheduling is not suitable.
