Sometimes one conversation is not enough to create meaningful change. What we often need is a short period of reflection, guidance, and intentional adjustment.
The Two-Week Reset is a structured coaching experience designed to help you step back from your current situation, understand the patterns influencing your life, and consciously shift direction.
Over the course of two weeks, we will work together through three focused sessions that allow us to explore your situation, introduce new perspectives, and integrate practical steps that support real progress.
This format creates enough space to reflect, experiment with small shifts, and return to the conversation with deeper insight.
What we will focus on

What you receive
• Three private coaching sessions (60–90 minutes each)
• Two weeks of structured reflection and guidance

Scheduling
When booking the Two-Week Reset, you will schedule the first session through the booking calendar.
The remaining two sessions will be scheduled together during our conversations. This allows us to choose the timing that best supports reflection, integration, and the natural progress of the process.
Spacing the sessions intentionally often leads to deeper insights and more meaningful shifts between conversations.
Session format
The session takes place online via Google Meet. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and details for joining the call.
Preparation
To make the most of our time together, please take a few minutes before the session to reflect on the situation you would like to discuss.

What you hope to gain from the conversation
Bringing a notebook can be helpful to capture insights or ideas during the session.
Session focus
This session is designed to explore one specific challenge or situation in depth. The goal is to bring clarity, identify underlying patterns, and define practical next steps.
Rescheduling & cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

All conversations during coaching sessions are treated as strictly confidential. Your privacy and personal information will always be respected.
