The One-Month Transformation is a structured coaching experience designed to support deeper personal shifts over a series of focused conversations.

Across multiple sessions, we explore the patterns influencing your life, the direction you want to move toward, and the practical adjustments that help bring your actions and intentions into alignment.

This program creates a dedicated space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change.

Together we will focus on:

• Understanding the patterns shaping your current situation
• Clarifying your direction and long-term priorities
• Shifting perspectives that may be limiting progress
• Creating practical and sustainable changes in daily life
• Building momentum toward a more aligned and intentional path

Scheduling

When booking this program, you will schedule the first session through the booking calendar.

The remaining sessions will be scheduled during our conversations so that the rhythm of the sessions best supports reflection, integration, and meaningful progress.

Session format
All sessions take place online via Google Meet. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and instructions for joining the call.

Session structure
This coaching package includes 
eight private sessions (60 minutes each). The sessions provide a structured space to explore your situation in depth, identify patterns, and gradually introduce new perspectives and practical adjustments.

Rather than focusing on quick solutions, this process allows us to work through topics thoughtfully and build momentum over several conversations.

Preparation
To make the most of the sessions, it can be helpful to spend a few minutes before each conversation reflecting on what you would like to explore or clarify.

You may wish to note:

• situations or patterns you have observed
• decisions you are currently facing
• reflections or insights that emerged since the previous session

Having a notebook during the sessions can help capture ideas and insights.

Rescheduling & cancellation
If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 
24 hours in advance using the link in your booking confirmation email.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
